Directions for Use
Below the age of 30 one capsule a week
30 – 40 years old – 2 capsules a week
40 – 50 years old – 3 capsules a week
over 50 years old – one capsule every day, depending on need up to four capsules can be used

You may wish to take one first thing in the morning. If you are taking two a day, you could take the second one right before going to bed or late in the afternoon.
